By accessing or using Personal Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Personal Management is a web-based personal finance tool that allows authenticated users to create and manage spreadsheets in their own Google Drive for tracking expenses, salary, savings, and custom financial records.

Personal Management is provided for personal finance organization and informational purposes only. It is not a bank, financial advisor, tax advisor, or accounting service.

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use the service. You must have a valid Google account and comply with Google's terms of service.

Access to Personal Management requires signing in with Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize the application to access your Google account within the scopes disclosed during sign-in, including Google Sheets and Google Drive file access limited to application-created or application-opened files.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the data you store in your Google Drive through Personal Management. We do not claim ownership of your spreadsheet contents.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter and for maintaining backups of important records.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or misuse the application except as permitted by law
• Use the service in a way that violates Google API policies

The Personal Management application, branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that calculations, summaries, or reports are error-free or suitable for tax, legal, investment, or banking decisions. You should verify important financial information independently.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if the service is provided free of charge.

You may stop using the service at any time by signing out and revoking access through your Google Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
